Q: Can I obtain a digital copy of a photograph for my personal use?

A: No. APN does not release digital files for personal use, or allow the digitising of printed images.


Q: Can I obtain a digital copy of a photograph for commercial use?

A: Yes. Please email us at syndication@apn.com.au


Q. Can I come in and search the archives myself?

A. No. This service is not available to the general public. 


Q: I can see "white curved lines across the image on-line. Will this be on the print?

A: No. This is an APN copyright "watermark" aimed at preventing our images from being used illegally.


Q: I want to buy an image I saw in the newspaper, but I can't find it on your website.

A: Please email us at photosales@apn.com.au.and we will search for you. Please include the following information:

·       Title of publication?

·       Date of publication and page number

·       Photographer’s name

·       Brief description of the photograph


Q: What type of paper will my photo be printed on?

   A: Your photo will be printed on high quality Fujifilm Crystal Archive paper.


Q: The colors’ in the image looks different from how it appeared in print. Can I get a refund?

A: No, as per our Terms& Conditions there may be a variance in reproduction on different paper.


Q: I have changed my mind and no longer want my photo. Can I obtain a refund or credit?

A: No. Please choose your photo carefully.


Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: Once you have added products to your shopping cart, you can complete the payment for your order via credit card or a PayPal account. Payment must be instant and orders will not be processed without prior payment.

Our payment process is provided by PayPal Australia. The site is certified as a VeriSign Secure site, which encrypts data and transmits payment details over an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. SSL is a security protocol with which data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. The SSL connection is established automatically


Q: Do I need to have a PayPal account? Can I just pay with my credit card?

A: You do not need to have an account with PayPal. You can pay for your order using an accepted credit card.

Q: What are the Credit Card types accepted on the site?

A: The credit cards accepted on the site include Visa Card & Mastercard. We do not accept American Express.


Q: I am having difficulty paying for my order?

A: As all payments to us are collected through PayPal, if you are experiencing difficulties making payment for your order please contact the PayPal Helpdesk on 1800 073 26. You can also contact us on apn_tech_assist@fujifilm.com.au
