Five years ago the Lohse family bought the Foodworks in Gayndah for their children Dean and Mel to manage. Dean and Mel both grew up in Mundubbera and attended school there. When the shop next door became available in October last year, they decided to expand and open A Little Different Café. Mel now runs this while Dean manages Foodworks. Mel lives in Gayndah with her four children and her partner who runs Wazza’s Works panel shop. The café won second-best dressed themed window at a recent Orange Festival with their display of a mannequin dressed as a fruit picker in full uniform. Homemade food, comfortable surroundings and great service for all at A Little Different Café in Gayndah. This popular morning tea and lunch venue has a great range of homemade meals and treats.
