All the winners and losers in Turnbull's new cabinet

MALCOLM Turnbull has reappointed all of his Cabinet Ministers, with changes to some of their titles.

The Prime Minister told a Coalition party room meeting the government was "in a term of delivery" and three years of stable economic leadership.

Fiona Nash was reappointed to her role as Regional Development Minister, as well as picking up the Local Government and Territories portfolio.

Christopher Pyne was given the newly created role Minister for Defence Industry within the Defence portfolio.

Greg Hunt will move from Environment to Mr Pyne's former Industry, Innovation and Science portfolio, with Josh Frydenberg adding Environment to his expanded Minister for Environment and Energy position.

Assistant Treasurer Kelly O'Dwyer's title will change to Minister for Revenue and Financial Services, while Senator Matt Canavan will be promoted to Cabinet as Minister for Resources and Northern Australia.

Paul Fletcher will be Minister for Urban Infrastructure, with Senator Scott Ryan becoming Special Minister of State in the Finance portfolio.

Dan Tehan will take on the Defence Personnel ministry alongside his existing role as Minister for Veterans Affairs.
