Always Patsy Cline comes to Mundubbera
HIT Production will bring their version of the show Always ... Patsy Cline to Mundubbera on Saturday night.
The play explores the story of country singer Patsy Cline and fan-turned-friend Louise Seger, played by Mandi Lodge.
Ms Lodge said she was excited to come to Mundubbera.
"I've done quite a few regional tours and it's awesome how well supported we are," Ms Lodge said.
"We take (the show) out and about to places that don't really get professional theatre companies out there.
"(The towns) really get behind you on them."
Ms Lodge said it would be a good night out for the audience.
"Patsy Cline herself is the legacy, that's why people are drawn to it," she said.
"It's a beautiful story as well; it's about two good friends.
"It transcends the decades from the '50s and '60s.
Always... Patsy Cline will play at the Mundubbera Community Hall on Saturday at 6pm.
Tickets are $20 and are available from the MCDA.
