Beryl bowls them over at indoors

BERYL Palmer finished first in last weeks indoor bowls competition. She edged out Gary Taylor by just two points. Once again a solid turn-out of participants meant a wide open field with the previous week's winner Rob Miller not present to go back to back. Eleven players in total took part in the competition which is more about fun than who wins the day. Scores: Beryl Palmer 42, Gary Taylor 40, Leo Taticek 40, Muriel Glover 37, Allan Bramer 37, Phil Grambower 36, Boyd Baker 34, D Bramer 31, Kit George 28, Rene Taylor 28 and Joy Thompson 26.
