RECREATING the Indulge Cafe experience anywhere else simply wouldn't be possible according to owner Amanda Hinds.
Lead by Mrs Hinds and her co-owner husband Larry, the team's winning formula has just seen Indulge named the back-to-back winner of the Brisbane Times Good Food Guide People's Choice Award.
Up against some of the biggest and best restaurants from across Brisbane and the state, Mrs Hinds said after winning last year she expected to just be a guest at Monday's awards night.
Humbled by the recognition, Mrs Hinds said Indulge simply couldn't do what they do with out the support of the community and the incredible growers and suppliers who provide the quality produce they serve up.
From the strawberries to the tomatoes to the seafood and everything in between, Mrs Hinds said the Bundaberg and Burnett regions offered exceptional ingredients.
"It wholly and solely about this big, amazing, rich, vibrant hub. It's fantastic. We couldn't be happier," she said.
"We're really humbled by it and we feel very privileged to be where we are.
"We couldn't possibly achieve what we achieve in Brisbane. We couldn't do what we do. We speak to farmers on a daily basis. We're very lucky. Growers and suppliers bend over backwards for us.
"We've got so many people that are there to support us and make sure that we have the absolute best export produce from anywhere.
"That's who we're thankful to and that's really who the award is for."
Mrs Hinds said the award was also win for the whole region when it came to attracting visitors.
"You can't buy the type of publicity that we've just got," she said.
"People come to Bundaberg, they come to the North Burnett because of something like this and then they stay.
"It helps the economy...it shines the light on us and we're doing something here and everyone's trying really hard.
"We've just been though WinterFeast and we've got WinterFeast this weekend. We've been driving that for a couple of years...it's all about Bundaberg and North Burnett food culture and this thing that's really starting to brew and bubble...this Queensland culinary tourism."
Also recognised as part of the 2017 Good Food Guide Awards was Indulge chef Mitchell White, who was a Young Chef of the Year finalists.
While Mr White didn't take out the award, the nomination saw him placed among the state's top six.
"He (Mitchell) did extremely well. I'm sure he had about 1000 job offers last night(Monday)," Mrs Hinds said.
"To be in the top six in Queensland we're so proud of him, he's so super talented.
"I'm so proud of him, as would be his family and the whole team at Indulge."
