RUGBY LEAGUE: Roosters and New South Wales centre Michael Jennings is due to reappear in Parramatta Local Court on September 14 on charges of offensive behaviour and hindering police.

Jennings did not attend court yesterday, where his lawyer Paul McGirr entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf.

Police say Jennings was in a Parramatta car park on Saturday morning, June 20, with his younger brother, Robert, who was kicking a boom gate.

When officers tried to speak to his brother, they allege Michael responded aggressively.
