CUTENESS WARNING: Chief Wombat Cuddler wanted for "Derek"

EVER just wanted to spend the day cuddling a tiny, adorable animal.

And Derek the Wombat, who lives on Tasmania's Flinders Island needs just that: endless cuddles.

In an effort to give you a dream job and satisfy Dezza's need for affection, Tasmania Tourism has created a job opening for a "Chief Wombat Cuddler".

If you want a shot, you need to apply for this job / enter this competition by 10pm ADST on April 16.

Winners/applicants will be flown from their nearest capital city to Flinders Island for three nights "to smother our little friend with cuddles" 

According to the application: Non-cuddlers will not be considered.
