
Driver of ute and trailer veers off road near waterfall
A driver of a ute and trailer has veered off the road along the Eungella Range west of Mackay.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said emergency crews were called to the scene next to a waterfall along Eungella-Dam Rd just before 4pm.

She said the crash involved a male driver and passenger.
“It looks like both people have exited the vehicle and appeared uninjured,” the QPS spokeswoman said.
“It doesn’t look like there’s an obstruction to the road however police are still on the way.”

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a crew was treating one patient at the scene.
