EMMA Freedman is the favourite to win tonight's Dancing With The Stars grand final.

Despite Olympian Matthew Mitcham beating her by one point in last night's show, online bookmaker has Freedman at 1.4 odds to nab the mirror-ball trophy over Mitcham (3.75) and former My Kitchen Rules contestant Ash Pollard (8).

Mitcham earned an impressive 59/60 for his two dances, the samba and contemporary, while Freedman scored 58/60 for her passionate Paso Doble and nostalgic foxtrot.

"There were moments when we didn't think we could make it this far," Freedman told Sunrise.

"The highlight has been meeting everyone, and everyone will tell you that when doing Dancing With The Stars. The cast has been an amazing group of people."

Former NRL footballer Mat Rogers was eliminated last night despite an impressive Paso Doble.

"It's hard to go past Emma; she's so good," Rogers told The Morning Show.

"But Matt Mitcham's contemporary piece last night was one of the best routines ever on the show. I definitely know the best three dancers are still dancing."

The show's star-studded cast will return to perform a group number in tonight's grand final and to cheer on the finalists as they perform three routines each.

The Dancing With The Stars airs tonight at 7.30pm on Channel 7.
