Four weird but fun snow records

FOUR weird but fun snow records set down in the Guinness Book of World Records:

1. The world's largest recorded snowman (which was actually a snow woman) was 37.21m tall. It took one month to build in Maine, USA, and was completed on February 26, 2008.

2. The biggest ever snowball fight involved 5,834 participants and was held in Washington State on January 2013. Each participant had to throw at least one snowball during the attempt.

3. In 1988, scientist Nancy Knight discovered two identical snow crystals contradicting the popular statement that no two snowflakes are alike.

4. The largest snow sculpture ever built was 200m long and 35m tall. It took 600 sculptors from 40 different countries to build an Olympic themed landscape for the 2007 Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival in China.
