Full day of rugby league

RUGBY LEAGUE: If you're a league fanatic then Gayndah's Peter Dunn Oval is where you need to be this Saturday, May 19. With junior rugby league, women's league tag and A grade teams playing, it's going to be a huge day of sport with something for everyone.

The Central Burnett Brumbies will kick off the day when the under-8 team plays at 10am.

The Brumbies' U16 team will then play at 11am followed by U10, U12 and U14 teams.

Gayndah girls will take on Mundubbera when the inaugural league tag competition takes to the field at 3.30pm.

The game will be played in two 20-minute halves.

After putting on an excellent performance at their last home game against Biggenden, the Gayndah Gladiators are looking forward to taking on the Mundubbera Tigers at 5pm.

Coach Robert Linsket said he hoped to see plenty of supporters throughout the whole day.

Canteen is available all day with the Bar opening at 3pm.
