AN INSPIRATION: Tinnanbar’s Jeanette Nugent with her business inspiration Sir Richard Branson.

JEANETTE Nugent from Tinnanbar was 'tickled pink' when she met knighted entrepreneur billionaire Sir Richard Branson.

The budding business woman went to a seminar in Brisbane on Wednesday as a special treat gifted to her by a business mentoring program she is a member of.

While she said an 800 strong crowd was in attendance, she was struck by how approachable the knight and famed business mogul was.

"He made me realise how lucky you are to be alive as often you are caught up in your little world," she said.

"So far it's the highlight of the year for me (and) I think it will take some beating.

"Sir Richard is a person I aspire to as he sets himself goals with deadlines and then implements the necessary strategies to make it happen.

"His presentation and attitude to life in general are very inspirational.

"The most memorable moment was when Sir Richard (Branson) said to me, the only thing stopping me from fulfilling my dreams and goals, (is) myself.

"He is truly a person that I will continue to admire and I will use his philosophies both in my personal life and in my business."
