NASA'S Curiosity Rover has captured what theorists think is a woman on Mars.

UFO Sightings Daily reports the discovery was made by a YouTube user and they admit it certainly looks like a woman.

"...it looks like a woman partly cloaked. The woman seems to have breasts...indicated by the shadow on its chest.

"We also see two arms that are lighter in color and what looks like a head with long hair."

The site speculates that while the figure could be a statue it "has a higher chance of being a living being".

"Its hard to tell if this is a living being, or a statue of a being from long ago.

"However, a statue that small would be eroded and destroyed easily, so it has a higher chance of being a living being.

"Also it is facing the Mars rover...watching it from a distance."

According to UFO Sightings Daily, the being is about eight to 10cm tall.

"Yes, one such species is known to exist that small," they wrote.

"This looks real. And it should concern every country in the world. There is life out there."
