Linc Energy environmental harm case adjourned

NO ONE from Linc Energy appeared when an indictment against the company was presented at Brisbane District Court on Wednesday.
The indictment claiming the company committed five counts of causing environmental harm was presented at court during a brief mention.
A lawyer representing Linc Energy's liquidators appeared and said they would seek a court direction to determine whether they could defend the allegations as the liquidator.
The case was adjourned for six weeks to allow the liquidators to determine where they stand.
