Look what has just hit the Coast property market

ONE of the final residential stages in the 840-lot Creekwood Caloundra community is being released this weekend by AVJennings.

The new Creekwood Caloundra release comprises 31 townhomes at the entrance to the Creekwood community, adjacent to Meridan State College and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants.

The three bedroom townhomes, priced from $395,900, are on track to be completed this March.

Buyers can choose from five townhome designs, each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a powder room, plus single and double car accommodation.

They are within easy reach of the 3.25hectare Creekwood Central Park that boasts playing fields, a multi-purpose court, skate park, children's playground and barbecue pavilion.

The Central Park is connected to Creekwood's new Natural Playground that was unveiled late last year, featuring a giant Gyro swing, climbing logs and rope climbing structures made from natural and recycled materials.

AVJennings state manager Barry Young anticipates the Creekwood Caloundra townhomes will prove popular with families looking to live in a feature-packed community close to a sought-after school.

"The Creekwood Caloundra release has the right combination of attributes to attract families,'' he said. "It is close to the local school, surrounded by parklands, it's affordable and it has some larger townhome designs on offer for those looking for room to grow.

"The Botany townhome offers 210sq m of living space, so it is about the same size as the average free-standing home, with a price tag of just $449,900

"Most families lead busy lives, so buyers will benefit from Creekwood Caloundra's community title agreement, which means all common grounds are maintained by the body corporate, allowing more time to relax on the weekends.

"All townhomes in the Creekwood Caloundra precinct feature a private courtyard so buyers have the choice to entertain family and friends in their own backyard - or explore the hectares or parkland at their doorstep to find the perfect spot for a picnic."

On completion Creekwood will feature a total of 370 townhomes, terrace and loft homes and 470 homesites across 50ha including over 11ha of parks and open spaces, all within a three minute walk of each home.
