Monto hosts stableford championships this month

GOLF: The Monto District Mixed and Medley 4BBB Stableford Championships will be held on Sunday, March 18.

This competition is only open to male and female members affiliated with Golf Wide Bay.

There will be a shotgun start from 11am.

In order to play, entry fees cost $25 per player which includes lunch from 10.30-11.15am.

The championship will be played over 18 holes.

Each person must hold a current Golf Australia Handicap and be a financial member of a registered golf club.

Pin shots, approach and longest drive events be will won by the individual player and not the team.

The competition will feature great prizes, lunch served before the game, with players from across the region expected.
