NAMED: Drink-drivers before Toowoomba Magistrates Court

DRIVERS pleading guilty before Toowoomba Magistrates Court to drink-driving offences recently included:

Leonard David Meesey, 60, of Toowoomba, was fined $2000 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver’s licence for six months, no conviction recorded, after pleading guilty to riding his motorcycle into the back of a parked car on Bridge St, Toowoomba, with a blood/alcohol reading of 0.188.

Anita Flo Zimmermann, 34, of Toowoomba, laced on seven months probation and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver’s for 10 months breath/alcohol reading of 0.159, on the New England Highway, at Pechey, on November 8.

Wayde William Cooke, of Toowoomba, fined $1200, no conviction recorded, and disqualified six months, for driving on Bowen St, St George, on November 7 with breath/alcohol reading of 0.157.

Bradley John Blinco, of Toowoomba, fined $700, disqualified seven months, restricted (work) licence granted, breath/alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.142, Ruthven St, October 23.

Kathleen Margaret Anderson, 32, of Toowoomba, fined $600, disqualified three months, conviction not recorded, BAC of 0.104, May 9.

Steven Matthew Kelk, 42, fined $400, disqualified two months, breath/alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.125 while in charge of a motor vehicle, in Toowoomba on October 16.

Adrian Mark Schultze, 43, fined $400, disqualified three months, BAC 0.072, at Gatton on October 10.

Bethyn Jayne Lewis, 56, of Toowoomba, fined $300, disqualified one month, conviction not recorded, BAC 0.072, Milne St, October 19.

Gerald Owen Ledger, 24, of Toowoomba, fined $350, disqualified one month, BAC 0.075, Anzac Ave, November 3.

Thomas James Barnwell, 23, fined $350, disqualified one month, conviction not recorded, BAC 0.063, Gatton-Helidon Road, Grantham, November 14.

Jodie Travis Forder, 48, fined $900, disqualified one month, conviction not recorded, BAC 0.055, and driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, after crashing his car into a tree and through a fence in Festival St, on November 9.
