Pink baby cow born on Easter near Lismore

A NORTH Coast organic farmer celebrated a beautifully unusual arrival on Easter Sunday morning.

A pink calf (pictured, unphotoshopped) was born on the farm of an organiser at the Lismore Organic Market.

"She really is that amazing colour. Her Mum is a dexter and dad is a belted galloway - really unexpected shade," the organic farmer wrote on Facebook.

Organic strawberry milk, anyone?

Go organic on Tuesdays

The Lismore Organic Market is held at Lismore Showgrounds (near Alexander Pde entrance), NSW North Coast. Held each Tuesday, starting 7.30am, finishing around 11:00am, rain or shine.
