Qld man sexually assaults two women, claims he was 'horny'

A QUEENSLAND man has been warned to keep his hands to himself after he sexually assaulted two women.

"It is extremely disturbing that because you were horny you thought it was appropriate to touch (those women)," Magistrate Kerry Magee said.

Timothy Pablo, 31, had been riding his bike on Spence St when he passed the 30-year-old victim on September 15.

The Cairns Magistrates Court was told Pablo circled back around and as he rode by groped the woman's bottom and legs.

Less than a week later, on September 21, Pablo committed the same crime against a 31-year-old woman on Anderson St only this time groping her also while riding his bike.
