Rainbow tutu finally gets a twirl

BOBBY-LEIGH Redgard has a vivid rainbow tutu in her closet.

She bought it several years ago, but hasn't had an excuse to wear it - until now.

Tomorrow night, the Mundubbera Community Development Association is hosting a Tutu and Tiara trivia night at Mundubbera Golf Club.

Ms Redgard, the association's centre manager, said it's possible she was secretly itching to debut her tutu.

"It may have been in the back of my head subconsciously when I planned it,” she said.

"Any excuse to get dressed up.”

Ms Redgard said the association was all about bringing the Mundubbera community together.

The trivia will be in teams of six, with prizes for first, second, third, and the best-dressed team.

Cost is $5 a person to register.

Be there from 6pm for 6.30pm start.
