Car rolls off road 50km west of Marlborough

UPDATE 7.50PM: POLICE have confirmed the driver of the vehicle involved in the single vehicle rollover has not sustained any injuries. 

The vehicle was left off the road when the driver was picked up by another car and left the scene to get off of the highway but police have confirmed he did not flee the scene. 

UPDATE 7.30PM: REPORTS suggest the driver is okay and police are heading to the crash scene to investigate. 

UPDATE 6.37pm: Queensland Police officers have intercepted a vehicle carrying the driver from the Marlborough rollover crash scene.

The driver was reported  to be suffering from shock.

It is believed the white ute was intercepted about 5km west of Marlborough. 

6.20pm: Rockhampton police are responding to reports of a rollover near Marlborough where the driver has left the crash scene in another vehicle.

Initial reports  indicate the accident happened 50km west of Marlborough.

It's believed the driver may have been picked up by a white dual cab registered to a Frenchville  address.
