
Shooters clear out the hornet nests
Pistol shooting: There were some rusty shooters at Sunday’s first shoot at the Biggenden Pistol Club’s first shoot after an absence of 10 weeks.
Club secretary Tony Elliott said overall, the day was quite good with the new procedures working well.
“Members were mindful of hygiene and social distancing requirements,” he said.

The next Sunday shoot will be Sunday, June 21 and a Tuesday competition will be held on June 16 with times and format to be advised.
Those wishing to shoot are asked to phone the secretary on 0412797680 so numbers can be managed to comply with the current restrictions.
Presently the canteen is closed so members are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks.
