Star duo leads the way for Warriors
THE MVPs put on a show in Game 2 of the NBA Finals, proving that two is better than one.
Kevin Durant led the way for the Golden State Warriors, finishing with a game-high 33 points, to go with 13 rebounds, six assists, three steals, and five blocks in his team's 132-113 win.
He was joined by Stephen Curry (pictured), who dropped a triple-double - 32 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists - as the Warriors took a 2-0 series lead in the NBA Finals.
LeBron James finished with a triple-double of his own, scoring 29 points, to go with his 11 rebounds, and 11 assists. The four-time MVP's triple-double tied Magic Johnson's record with his eighth career Finals triple-double.
According to the NBA's stats department, this was the first time in NBA Finals history that players on opposing teams each recorded a triple-double.
