Taylor taking the win

GAYNDAH RSL Indoor Bowls was held on Thursday, July 6 with a turn out of ten players who competed in the social round.

Rene Taylor was the best player on the night taking out first place with a score of 50 points and three wins while second placed Fred Maxwell finished with two wins, one loss and 44 points.

Leo Taticek closed out the top three finishers with matching Maxwell with a score of two wins, one loss and 44 points.

Beryl Palmer just missed out on a top three finish after posting 44 points, followed by Dawn Bramer on 38 points.

Boyd Baker and Alan Bramer both finished with a total score of 36 points each.

The rest of the players were Phillip Grambower with 26 points, Dawn Sullivan with 24 points and Rita Davis with 20 points.

Indoor bowls is played every Thursday night from 7:30pm with alternating rounds between social games and competitive matches.
